• Communications — messages you send to our support team, Prayer Wall submissions, and opt-in email preferences.

We use your information solely to operate and improve Daily Grace:

• Service delivery — to provide you with daily devotions, Bible reading plans, Prayer Wall access, and Kids Corner features.

• Personalisation — to remember your Bible translation preferences, reading progress, and account settings.

• Email communications — to send daily devotional emails, scripture reflections, and platform announcements you have opted into.

• Payment processing — to manage your subscription and send receipts through Stripe.

• Platform improvement — aggregate, anonymised analytics help us understand which features serve our community best.

By creating a Daily Grace account, you consent to receiving faith-based email communications including daily devotions and platform updates.

You may unsubscribe from marketing and devotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every email, or by updating your preferences in Account Settings.

Transactional emails — including password reset emails, subscription receipts, and security notifications — are essential to operating your account and cannot be turned off.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.

We work with a small number of trusted service providers who help us operate the platform. These include:

• Stripe, Inc. — secure payment processing for subscriptions and donations.

• Google — sign-in authentication and, optionally, YouTube embeds on hero profiles.

• Cloudflare — network security, performance optimisation, and DNS.

Each provider is contractually bound by their own privacy policies and applicable law to protect your data and use it only for the purpose it was shared.

Prayer requests you post to the Prayer Wall are visible to other registered users of the platform. Please do not share sensitive personal details — medical records, financial information, or home addresses — in public prayer requests.

You may request removal of any prayer request you have submitted by contacting us at [email protected].

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active.

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons (e.g., transaction records).

To request account deletion, email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted connections — all traffic between your browser and Daily Grace is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

• Password hashing — passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes; we cannot read your password.

• Secure session management — authentication tokens are rotated and signed using server-side secrets.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to enable any two-factor authentication options available.

The Kids Corner section of Daily Grace is designed for children and is intended to be used with parental supervision.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
